Coral bay with family
Submitted by Faulkner Family on Tue, 2021-05-18 20:41
Got out on Monday but only managed 1 red but went out again today and managed a first for my son and myself with a couple of great fighting yellowfin tuna. They certainly go hard and then even harder with sharks on their tail .
Bit of a mixed bag in the end but nothing realy stand out but got my mum onto a red fish but unfortunately it was the wrong species . Better luck next trip out

Nice work Russ
A vertical cut behind each pectoral fin on the Toona will help em bleed out. I've been doing some reading on how to revive them boatside and bleed em in order to reduce the " burning " of the flesh. Interesting stuff.
