Couple days of fishing

Finally got a chance to get out on the boat again, with myself and best mate/part boat owner taking advantage of the amazing weather we've had last couple days. I'm way too burnt, exhausted, sleep deprived to go into details, but I'll sum it up quickly.. Headed out past the islands for the first time for our first try at trolling, managing a few 1-2kg jellybean sbt, and many rat ytk, which over the two days became my number one pest species. Thanks to the guys that Pm'd me and commented on the thread the other day regarding tuna. Managed 16 squid on the way back to the ramp, including this arrow-head squid?? Can anyone confirm that that's what it is? More jellybean tuna yesterday, plenty of rat ytk, including a session we had on a bombie where they were going nuts for richter plugs/stickbaits, too chaotic and forgot about photos. Caught a tailor which we turned into a 1.5m sambo which was just insane in 4m of water, the gopro footage that I have not yet edited is insane! Has anyone managed any larger tuna lately? Some 4-6kg models would be nice.. Cheers

that sambo would have been crazy in that depth! yes it is an arrow head there have been quiet a few around the past few years and they seem to go alot harder than a normal squid considering there wing size!!

When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:

n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or

n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.
