Crabbing

Hey Guys and Gals
I was wondering if any 1 would know about crabbing in cockburn sound it is closed till the middle of December, but i have been told that the sound ends at Carnac with a straight line into the coast if this was the case i should be able to crab north of this line, does any 1 know if this is right or not. I know it is not the ideal time but i have some bait to get out of me freezer.
And has any 1 done any crabbing down Bremmer Bay way and what times of the year would be the best?

if you get on the fisheries website, you can see that map that shows you the boundries . basically from southern tip of Carnac across to woodmans point is the northern boundry
