Crays report - whites are in
Submitted by silly on Thu, 2013-11-21 16:51
Went out for a dive with Petevb and bagged out easily on crays only 5mins from the ramp. Viz was good at about 10m, got 1 jumbo and majority were whites. First time I have seen so many feelers under pretty much every ledge.
Potters should be getting some luck soon if they already haven't. The whites are hardening up and have started moving around again.

hell yes - hoping for some of
hell yes - hoping for some of that action on Saturday.
When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:
n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or
n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.

Wheres wally ( the foxfish)
Did I see a foxfish and then a baldy at the last second coming in on the left?
That ledge is packed, like a lot of reports are saying, now pot boys dont take this wrong , as
you will be in for some good catchs too im sure, but its kind of nice that the divers have a cream couple of weeks , before they walk
kinda a reward for putting themselves out there.

Holy dooly
There are some nice crays there, thank you for putting the video up. Yep I'll go along with the view the divers deserve a break damned if I would go out swimming for them with Mr GW around.
Can you tell us if you where NOR or SOR.

Awesome!
Went out last season for the first crack in metro for crays from a boat. Have dived quite a bit but always shore based and picked up a few but never bagged out. Was the worst season ever last year, spent 4 weeks almost every day from Hillarys and ended up with 4 crays. Also, had pots stolen and even weight stolen from a pot at Rotto. B@stards took the weight and left the pot to float, found it 200m away.
Bought a boat this off season and a better sounder, heading out tomorrow. I really hope that I can get some roaches this season. Super keen.

Not wrong about the fish
Not wrong about the fish mate. Saw 6 dhuies on our dive Wednesday arvo about 4mile off metro coast. 4 would have been sized aswell as a big pinky.
