crays still hot

We hit the water at 10:30 and were back on board in 20minutes,25 crays 17 size ,kept 12 big ones top dive great viz of 12m ,we were diving in 21m back edge three mile ,will hit them again tommorow.
most crays were caught by hand as they were that thick ,will get some pics of the crays befour we put them in the bag tommorow.

Monday has gone to sh*t but if it turns good, I am thinking of diving Rotto, wanna came along? If the weather window looks narrow, then we can do a local dive. I suggest 2 boats if the crays are still aound. Jamie is up for a dive too.

21 meters is the depth,
Awesome stuff paul, 21 meters is about the same depth i found them about a week ago, did a dive the day after in 10 metres and found none.

Yes the way things are on the back edge you don't need a loop ,you can grab them as they are jambed in tight no were to go .A few more small crays today ,the water is clear as great for diving seen heaps of fox fish and a sargent backer plenty of wrase,all good will get more pics tommorow of fish and the crays under the ledge.

just wat we want to hear :) got my last two day weekend till after new year this weekend, gonna hit 25m tomorrow and a shallow, then off mindarie 23m and 12m on sunday. have been hoping they're still around in numbers, cleaned up last weekend

Well done! I found them in 26m on Sunday on the move but were good size and all whites. Pro's are out on the 30-40m mark at present.

Thanks for that ,Jesse and I are going to go a little deeper next weekend,got to go steady on the boy ,i to have not dived deeper than 23m so it will be a new challange for us and hopefully some good pics and video.
