wow 450m you deep drop boys are stretching the limits. do all the deep drop fish come up with that irratated looking skin, seen a few like it now

not sure on the skin probably because he just blew up the size of a hot air balloon right before hitting the surface, this one was on bait, not game to drop an expensive jig down there

Just how much line do you need to have on a reel when fishing 450 metres.

The differance between 100m and 500m is not that great.
Its really only the last 40m that does all the damage.
