The adventure is not far off, Departure date 30th march - Getting the van and car and all associated gear ready to go. Its a shame
a cant drag the polycraft along but thats life - Any advice for land based fishing the below places would be great.
Should be between Kunnanurra and Broome by start of may if all goes well.
Cape Laveque
Derby
Gibb River Road
Kunanurra
Darwin
I was intending to do the block but business commitments stopped that - back to one school term - cant wait
Cheers

depending on where the rain
depending on where the rain is at and what the river levels are like borroloola and the roper bar crossing are worth a five day visit for landbased barra just simple spots like the crossing at macarthur river landed heaps of barra there, but be sure to check road conditions from the barkley road house to heart break then to borroloola, may even sneak down that way over easter myself.
also on way over Rankin river is worth a over night stop to catch some yellow belly once you have crossed the QLD border
