Dramas transferring waypoints

Hi all,
Trying to transfer waypoints from HDS12 to handheld Garmin, but they come out a fair distance away. Any ideas??

They use 2 diffrent
They use 2 diffrent formats, i use a free program called Easy gps to convert them , and then save them to my Garmin home port, Problem fixed

Map Datum
If all the points are out by approximately the same amount check you are using the same map datum on both. I.e. WGD, WGS84.
Should sort it out.
