Drift anchor
I use 10/15 mts rope, off a bridle at the back of the boat.also have a smaller dia cord to the small hole of the anchor so I can close it up when moving the drift I dont have too pull it all the way in.(Just drag it behind the boat)I also put a float at the back of the anchor on a 2 mtr rope so it doesn't go too deep and get tangled in lines and i can see where it is.
Hope you can picture it in your head.
