Treva was a memorable fish hooked him in a mtre of water against a natural rock groin in a creek mouth. True arm wrestle to drag it out into open water also couldn't go to hard as only are a readys little lucifer small . Plenty high fives for sure

 Reidy's Little Lucifer...one

Wed, 2015-07-29 08:35

Reidy's Little Lucifer...one of my fav tropic estuary/creek casting lure. Not the newer models that come out of China but the locally Darwin made ones bought 2001 or earlier. I made the mistake of using the stock trebles which straighten after a short fight in murky water.....my guess was a jack. The model I bought was still using some chrome colour trebles instead of the VMC permal steel ones you see today in the market.

 Is that in Darwin ?

Love finger mark snapper...they love artificials and excellent eating like you said.

 Yeah mate Darwin and surrounds

always change out my lures with vmc trebles cuz Iv had big Fish straighten out the standard hooks before.. I get em straight from riedys shop cuz he's always keen to throw  me something new he's been playing with and always hAs the biggest range .... Best colours tend to be the kriptonite green and mint slice always produce
