Saw what looked like little tuna jumping on our way back in from Wrights bank last weekend but didnt get any interest when casting lures at them.

Interested
Will watch this space as I am down there over Oz weekend, havent decided wether to take the tub but pelagic reports may make that decision easy!

It's this time of the year I caught most of my YTK's trawling around the Cape and around Wrights. Look for the warmer water areas for Macks and if you feel like the drive, head out to Natto Reef, mackies out there all year round and bound to be some toona hanging around too. The coral lumps could be productive too.

Lost my favourite jig
Lost my favourite jig to something with teeth around the coral lumps a couple of weeks ago. Retrieving the jig and around mid water there was a couple of quick rapid head shakes and the leader got snipped!

End of Feb
The end of Feb is when we generally see the start of Mackies around the Cape (and gracetown) , but as Dale said the Nato can hold them all year round..
