earthworms

hi was cleaning up behind my shed today found loads of earthworms, i was wandering if anyone has used earthworms for bait before? im thinkin of headin to mindarie soon and given them try or is ther no point?

Don't think there's much point using earthworms in the ocean though you might get the odd picker fish. Certainly worth using on black bream in the upper reaches of the river though.

Bread and butter fish would eatum, hezzas, whiting, skippy...wont stink ur hands. I had a worm farm (tub with dirt, throw scraps in there) for a food supply for my marron, worked good for a few breambos
