I did Peaceful bay years ago.I did a bottom drop right up against the head land and the wind blew us out from the rocks paying out line as we went and it was on.Caught a good size queen snapper and breaksea cod and a few harlequin. The wind changed so we trolled up and down the headland and were hit up by bonito and big pike.I considered the pike to be like snook and treasured the bottom fish however cooking up later the Pike were magnificent eating like the cod and harlequin and the queen snapper ordinary at best. They are a morwong

They're called landing nets

They're called landing nets not drop nets lol

Awesome looking feed there, what does the pike taste like ? I guess freshest best like most ? Not bad effort on the squid for a half hour, usually takes me that time just to locate them haha.
