Electrics problem

has anyone had any similar problems to this?
New boat is having some problems with the electrics.
None of the switch board is lighting up, so no sounders, GPS, Radios, lights will turn on.
Engines, tacos and electric anchor are all working fine (Anchor is on its own circuit).
i can only think of 3 possible causes.
1. Main fuse for the accessories is faulty (Checked this 30amp fuse and all looks ok)
2. Power lead running from batteries to junction boxes for electrics under the dash is damaged (Would have thought this one to be very unlikely)
3. the Isolator at the batteries is faulty.
Batteries are fine, as i can start the engines off all 3 batteries and all is ok.
Has anyone seen a fuse that is faulty, but not blown?

check the main negative link
do you have a multi meter or a test light
just replace the fuse even if it looks good they can blow right on the end cap

All of the above. If you can
All of the above. If you can go back to the a point where you have power and then start testing upstream from there. This will help find where it is failing and work from there up.
Hope this is of some help
