Thanks guys, always good to get some feedback! Missed out catching a lot of the action cause we where all busy throwing lures / plastics with nobody filming so only really got the last half of most of the fights. Was pretty stoked with how it turned out considering!!

Heading back in January, hoping to break the curse and finally land a Marlin. Straightened a hook on one and that big dolly at the end of the video literally stole the lure right out of a blue marlins mouth so hopefully it's a case of 3rd time lucky!!

Which one of your lures in the video were your favourite and worked better on the day?

Also how heavy was your last dollie?

Hey mate we used so many I don't know the exact names of most of them, we kept changing it up with differant shapes / sizes and styles. The paddletail soft plastics seemed to be the most effective of the bunch - caught mackeral, dollies, queenies, grouper and even hooked a shark on them. We also got a lot of the dollies and that first spaniard using live bait. Was good fun watching the schools swim around  the boat and throwing a livie out in front of the big bull dolphinfish, they couldn't resist it!

I didnt end up getting any measurements / weights off the last dollie, wish I did tho it was solid! Would have gone 160 / 170cm length and I would guess 15kg+ weight.
