exmouth weather

to the guys that live up exmouth way:
im looking at the seabreeze website regarding exmouth (gnaraloo)weather and there is a massive amount of swell there but very little further north and south... is that right ???
i thought the swell would be lower but its my first trip up there.
and is a 3m swell normal ? (sounds like home at busselton- margeret river)

Swell
At the moment its blowing its box off and will be again tomorrow. It will be less than today so I'm going for a burn in the gulf to get some squid.
When its blowing strong from the south east, head to the west side and stay inside the reef. Vice versa goes for a strong westerly. If its anything under 10 knots all day in any direction, go for goooold.
Wednesday arvo but mainly Thursday is looking sensational at this stage. Bit of swell running, but under 3m is ok for a mid size tinny as long as its long period swell, not short sharp choppy shit.
Check out the buoyweather website in the fishwrecked links. Much better than seabreeze.

I will cya's the weekend after next. I'm off down the coast this Monday, back Saturday or Sunday, back for 4 days then gone for another week. Only landbased fishing for me unfortunately. :(
