Caught 30 odd(multiple anglers) in the scarborough to floreat area in under 2 hours.(Offshore)
Most were between 25-30cm, a large fish, possibly a snook was chasing them up and their are bite marks evident on a few.

Love a good feed of whiting,
Love a good feed of whiting, interesting you bleed them, iv never bled a whiting before. Anywhere offshore along the 3, start driftin at 20m is my whiting spot! The successful days are when its a slow drift!
I am, as I've said, merely competent. But in an age of incompetence, that makes me extraordinary.

Good patch .. great average
Good patch .. great average size . We also have a spot that produces good size like that , great as a backup feed also when the other biggens aren't biting . If you don't already, we usually throw them in a scaling bag on the way back in .. well done , excellent tucker .
