to me it looks like some bait bei9ng held close to the bottom by some much larger fish at the 38m mark possibly something like Trevally as they are a little way off the bottom, gain is a little high for that depth depending on your transducer i guess, if it's 600W it could explain it. I run mine at about 4.0 for gain on a TM256 transducer. looks like a pretty solid limestone bottom with some holes/caves in it possibly as well. it that was up north i'd be thinking reds :)
