Feel the heat

Probably as hot as I’ve ever been today, 50 degrees by the outside temp on our service truck, only got 3 more days of it before wifey flies into Newman on Monday, that reminds me, I better tidy up.

I’ve had to work in 48 degrees when our food truck arrived late, that wasn’t nice, but working in the power station in Dampier, that was like 60 degrees and 99% humidity. We would step outside into the 40 degree heat to cool down.

Done my fair share of working
Done my fair share of working in the pilbara but what caught me by surprise is how cold the sw is at the moment. Had to duck into Denmark and get a couple of rugs for the kids. Been a couple of cool night in the camper trailer.
Does anyone know where the love of god goes, when the waves turn the minutes to hours?

Don't drink it all I will need plenty in a months time if it doesn't warm up down their.
On a side note we are having the driest weather for this time of the year in the 20 years I've been in Broome, bugger all humidity.

Still warm down here, 46 today. 3 days to go and I make my way to the coast, problem is, I’m seeing it’s bloody hot over there too.

Once the proper weather patterns set in, you should see the temps on the coast come down, might get a tad windy too.

Well still bloody hot up
Well still bloody hot up here, arrived at Karijini late this morning, been in the water most of the afternoon. Still getting 45 degrees, have to start our move to the coast soon, even if it’s 10 degrees less than here, that will be good.

Flow back to work today
From light rain in Perth to around 40 and abit of humdity. Those festive beers soon leaked out of me.

We haven’t hung around, done
We haven’t hung around, done a long drive today, probably 375ks to get away from the central Pilbara, parked up at a little place in the middle of nowhere call house creek on Nanutarra road. Nice spot. Head down to Carnarvon tomorrow for fuel but we’ll make another stop between here and there.
