They work to 30 feet underground . If ferrets kill one in rabbit hole they tend to have feed and a good nap. You can pin point them exactly ( depth and location). Takes all guess work out of it. Quick dig pull rabbit out with ferret attached:):). Good vid on u tube called mega warren.
