i saw a good one caught just inside the 5 last weekend that went just under 9kg

so they are still around , just got to burley up and get past those mutton birds with the floating baits

My mate in Victoria loves them. Best bait is left over fish and chips. Always use long shank hooks and gloves . The buggers peck while unhooking. Cheers Shorty hope this helps.
