First Queenie on popper

Up in hedland again but this time I decided I would give lures a go. Never used them much from the beach but nailed my first Queenie on popper and it's a pb. Great fun on light gear only a $20 k mart combo after my last reel died. They certainly like to jump

Very true about anything taking a popper , even had the damn long toms attacking it .

Bloody sharp teeth and they spin around on you in the blink of an eye. Got bit once and a bit more careful now

Queenies on popper or leadhead jigs are awesome fun! When you get amongst the big ones it is heart-pounding stuff!
