Kwells

Wed, 2008-07-23 17:07

Did you take one the night before Keen_fisho or just the one in the morning!!

Taking one the night before gets it in your system then take one in the morning for the top up!!

When I was divemastering you would see lots of learners throwing up and it would stuff there whole day!! Get them out the second time with the Kwells as mentioned (even on the roughest days) they would be fine!! Thats if you could talk them into coming out again!!!LOLLaughing

kwells

Don't think I could take one the night before, I feel like I'm coming up and need to break out the dance shoes and hit the clubs even when having a kwell in the morning.. lol.

Never had any prob with them (sleeping)(sleep walk and talk anyway) when I first started diving!!! After a month or 2 didn't even need them. Even on The Specialist (THE TUB). If anybody was going to be sick it would have been on that boat!!!! EVERYONE that it was suggested too it worked a treat
