Sea Trumpeter
good to put them back - no good on the tooth, although I am told they are marginally better than the striped trumpeter

bait
apparently good mulloway bait, the skin is like leather and hard to get off your hooks when the flesh has been picked off.
spikey things

Stormy perch
Sea trumpeter also better known as stormy perch. Usually caught in dirty stirred up water after a blow. Taste like iodine
