That's either a massive goat fish
or a small baldie still legal ofcourse also sold as red mullet. I have eaten a few and don't rate them

Black-Saddled Goat Fish is what the Australian Museum likes to call them. But alternative name is as suggested above - Black-Spotted GoatFish
