Chief dont know what the the charters are like these days but years ago they only supplied cheap outfits so I used to take my own gear one spin and one heavy overhead,as for bottom bouncing I use the patermoster rig that has lumo bead and small lumo squid with a long shank vmc hook I generally used to take at least four rigs with me due to snags,

Shikari Charter provides top quality gears. And BlueJuice provides gears too. Not too sure about others, haven't been on them.
