Definitely wouldn't do Ocean Blue
Fished with them last October and another group from Perth were there, also had issues, will PM you with the details
Look into Nomad or Sportsfishing PNG for liveaboards to Long Reef, Eastern Fields etc

Wildman Lake Lodge......Alaska
cannot speak more highly of what it offers. Huge salmon, dolly garden and Arctic char.....one on one guiding, huge grizzly bears, walrus and flight over an active volcano......all more than 500 miles from ANY road.....Butch and Kathy are some of the best hosts you will ever find!

Been......only one charter and very limited shore based
We, Fishwrecked, have a member there......he teed me up with a mate for a fish, wahoo on first troll and lost a huge dogtooth. If you dive there is some great diving and good dive operator. cocos ......same flight .... Has some excellent shore based fishing but NO charter operator at all
