fishing Monkey Mia

Anyone been up to Monkey mia recently fishing? We are going in July with a 4.2m Quintrex and was wondering how far out you have to go to get a feed of fish up there.Not chasing GPS co-ords just info to get us in the general area.

Not far
You don't have to travel far to get a feed.
Just find one of the channels, anchor if its on tide change or drift if tide is running.
Either side of Faure Island in the channels, Cape Rose to the north, in the general area around the pearl farm are other spots to try

Last time I was up there found it hard to find the 2nd channel..how far out is it.....if you know
