Hi everyone , hitting north mole tomorrow morn bowt 6am , just after some general advice from the pros. Got a little 5.5 ft rod with bait chase rig which obv pulls in the bream herring etc and a 7ft with 10k line which I'm always swapping from balloon , on the bottom unweighted etc .. Any tips on rigs and bait ? Got plenty squid prawn and berley just not sure what I should be chasing ... Cheers

If ur live baiting on rocks,
If ur live baiting on rocks, I have heard ballooning is best for fishing at rocks because the fish cannot tangle themselves around rocks.

Yes salmon are at North mole
Yes salmon are at North mole already and well and truly further north than that, reports of catches in Two Rocks already.
I've been using live herring under a balloon picking up random fish before the bigger schools come then I've been catching them on plastics and richters
