Fishing the north west

Hi, I'm after some knowledge and advice.

August im heading to Kalbarri for few nights then up to Exmouth stopping along the way

at shark bay. I've only got a sedan and no boat l. I'm looking for places to get into some

decent land based fishing. Places like quobba and steep point are obviously out of the

question cause I won't be able to get out there.

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

You will have no trouble

You will have no trouble getting to fish the Quobba coast at all. Its easy access all along that section for 2wds. But obviously you need to be very careful as its dangerous if you don't know what you are doing.
Assumimng your limited for time and the fact that you don't know the coastline I would try the beaches around Canarvan(mulloway, tailor), Canarvan jetty (mulloway, tailor), I would forget shark bay (boats)..and go to Exmouth where you will have heaps of options. Fishing the Quobba Coast will take a few days to get sussed unless you have someone experienced with you. Ditto to some degree on the Kalbarri coast. Exmouth is easy to fish and much safer if you don't know the area. I would spend most of my time there. Anyway that's my thoughts.
