In my opinion the Moonrakers are probably best suited for beach fishing, so it will depend on what you are looking at.
The baitrunner would probably match up ok with a Moonraker.

What do you want to use the rod for?If beach fishing and have a budget of around 400 you will struggle to go past the moonraker they cast very far i have one with a daiwa emblem pro 5500.If you don't want to spend as much a daiwa sensor surf for around 250ish is good or a penn big game spinfisher surf are extremely good value at around 120.

An Xzoga might be worth looking at Jazz
I don't know when the Tackleshack is getting them in, but they look pretty nice. Will probably come in at around the same price as a Moonraker. The Shimano Trijellos are also very nice. Spess has one and he would be able to give you some feedback.

I went very early Saturday morning
Unfortunately the wind was absolutely howling so the only way to fish was with a heap of lead. The old Italian guy and I who were the only people fishing the Disabled Platform didn't get a decent bite between us. However, he did say that he had been catching a few tailor there recently.

I have a Lemax Suff high
I have a Lemax Suff high plus HP1303 which comes in as a 3 piece, 13ft.
It has a line class of 20-50lb and a max lure weight of 330G.
A feature that I love is the full adjustable reel seat. you can have the reel anywhere from 35cm from base to 85 cm, depending on your style or how your back is feeling on the day.
Price was around $200 from Oceanside
