Fraser boats

Just to give Fishwrecked the heads up, Commodore Marine has purchased and been repairing the molds for 9, 17 to 19 foot Frasers.

These will all be released at the Mandurah Boat show as either a full drive away package or as a kit so that clients can build their own. Commodore will then run classes to show how to  build and finish their boats.

The 5 boats being released at the Mandurah show are

17 foot center console

17 foot walk through cab

19 foot center console

19 foot walk through cab

19 foot bowrider

The 17 footers will be under $30,000 as a complete drive away package and the 19 footers will be under $35,000 for drive away packages.

The kit boats will be available in two packages

Joined hull and deck with gunwhale rubber, windscreen, fuel tank and wiring loom or:

Joined hull and deck with gunwhale rubber, windscreen, fuel tank, wiring loom and a kit boax full of the remaining parts for fitout, such as cleats, steering, pumps etc.

This will allow the client to source their own motor and trailer and they could be second hand to get their project on the water, and its quite feasable that this could be done for under $25,000.

You will be surprised at the value this represents and more importantly a very solid product.

Full details will be at the Mandurah Boat Show

Brilliant idea, if I had the money and was in the market for a new boat I know where I'd be looking. Absolutely perfect for up here and to be able to kit it out too... MMMMM!  Frasers are nice and solid.

Can not beat a fraser one of the best boats around IMO would not have any other boat . Such a dry and reliable boat with a good shaped hull that cut thro the water and gives you a good ride no matter what the conditions .

Glad to see you still making them guys good on yeah

Guys thanks for the great

Guys thanks for the great comments.

What a lot of people don't realise is that all of Commodore Marines hulls are originally Frasers with some slight mods fro asthetics.

We agree, why change a good thing when it has been proven for so long in our conditions.

Totally agree fraser hulls

Wed, 2008-09-03 19:41

Totally agree fraser hulls are awsome had the 5.2 when in WA.

Just wondering if you guys have thought about designing something new? I understand the process would be expensive and time consuming with getting it designed, patterns/moulds made ect.

Cheers Scott
