Just did the Level 1 freedive course with Matt from Apneista in Amed, East Bali.

I have done a similar course before and considered this one better. It was a mix of fins and a little free immersion as a contrast.

Matt teaches a good course with a focus on technique and safety, but I was happy to crack a PB of 22m whilst attending.

Keep it in mind if you visit Bali and want to try something different ;)
