I dunno about the sailing club but off the groin and extremely slow bait retreive i got smashed by something a whiting or herring i was using squid but it probably doent matter
Occasionally squid in the marina under the jetty but dont be surprised if someone asks you to leave. On the rock walls, I guess you could catch anything that is happy in up to 4m
