Cheers man, sounds like the Swan ATM, we have been doing most of our flickin' there to get more wind-sheltered spots. Have you tried fishing on the bottom for whiting etc ?

What time was this ? That's also my local beach. I have seen tailor schools working very close many times, also a few sand whiting about. I may try the groyne to the north of the wreck on the shoreline.

Any tips on where is best to
Any tips on where is best to go when the swell is up? I normally fish the north cott area but this week it was a bit rough for casting unweighted baits, is there a better metro spot to head to? Maybe North Mole? Or do I just need to pull out the bigger rod and use some grapnel sinkers?

Seeking just tailor, or
Seeking just tailor, or anything ? I find it depends on the wind, if it's puffing a gale from a Southerly direction most rockwalls and groynes you can walk along and face the north are where I have still managed to pick fish up.
