Fresh fish for dinner

With Sandy and my mum arriving in town today the plan was to get fresh fish fish for dinner. This came in the form of a 90 cm queenie. Beer battered with chips .

Yum, skinny and chips
Very underrated .....it also makes unbelievably good cervice......preferably cured in lime juice with finely chopped cucumber
