Shed builder

Hi all, I'm in the market for a custom shed build. Just wondering if anyone on here is in the shed game or has recently had a good experience with a business that they can recommend. Job is in balcatta and shed will be around 6mx8m with all the fruits like side access door roller doors roof vents dust proofing etc. I got a few quotes before the world went mad so I've got an understanding of what I'm up for cost wise, just thought I'd check here before pulling the trigger.

Shed build cost
Expect cost to be considerably more than you got quoted before C19 , all building material prices have risen up to 50% for structural steel as an example. My experience is in Melbourne but l wouldn't be surprised if it's national increase. Good luck

Rob if I wasn't so busy I could help you, and yep material costs have skyrocketed and still rising. Supply is also an issue, if you want to pm me I might be able to offer some advice.

Yep the price increases are a given in any industry now. It's something I've gotta cop on the chin and hopefully save a bit of coin by doing other stuff during the build. We're in a tiny house so the extra storage space is much needed.

I've just paid a deposit and
I've just paid a deposit and got my final plans, so time will tell now if I've made the right choice. Got an extension of the house going on also so trying to save money on trades working on both at the same time.
