The answer is whatever you want!!
If we labek the first column X, the second column Y and the third column A (answer)
then for the first 3 lines
xy +x+y = A AND x^2 +Y =A
therefore
XY + X + Y = X^2 + Y
therefore
X^2 + Y - XY - X - Y = 0 (the +Y and -Y cancel out)
X^2 - XY- X = 0
divide all by X
X -Y -1 = 0
X-Y = 1 which is true for the first 3 rws but not row 4,
therefore the numbers in row 4 DO NOT satisfy the pattern required to apply either calculation method.
you can apply whatever calculations you like to the row 4 numbers and not be wrong.
