A huge NO from me for day light saving.
In my opinion the main reason it was introduced was for business to keep in touch with the eastern states but now with the engine room of Australia being here in WA they should put there time clocks back a year to match ours not ahead.
After 4 referendums that gave a no vote, any Govt that brings it in is committing political suicide because they won't be in power at the next election gauranteed
First job, was 16, left school on Friday and started work on Monday, assistant mechanic welder at JM Bests builders in Bunbury. No such thing as schoolies or gap year those days.

Used to wash the petrol pumps, do puncture repairs etc at the local Mobil when in high school. Nah to daylight savings I remember it fucked with my body clock when we trialed it.

Yes to daylight savings. I work late so appreciated the extra hour of daylight at the end of the day.
