Mate these pics of the 620 are awesome! You seem to have it dialled. Do you mind me asking what settings you run it in for around the 30m mark? I'm still trying to get used to my 620... I'd definitely love to find spots that light up like that!!
Thanks again for posting the pics, finding them awesome to look at!

Oops, sorry - wrong shots
Actually pics 1 and 3 are local pics where I bagged out in 2 drops with a dhuie and baldie.
Pic 2 is from Exmouth where we pulled large Spangos off that school.

Settings
I have a RANGE set to 15m then use the SHIFT function to get the view of the bottom.
BL on the left screen.
Gain is set to about 5 for 30m but you can see from the Exmouth shot in 103m I used 8.5 for a beautiful pic.
The 620 is an awesome machine!!!!

After the weekend coming back
After the weekend coming back and looking at these pics has been really helpful!...
Gonna change the range from 10 to 15m as I think small stuff was giving the impression of being big because it occupied a lot of screen.
Might also bump up bottom lock from 3 to 4 or 5m.
Did a fair bit of prospecting in and around 30m for not much yesterday but was still good to get out and get familiar with the sounder.
Cheers again
