Garmin fuse

G'day legends
My son have been given a Garmin Echomap 50dv combo unit for his tinny as a first unit
Older and discontinued I know
We have searched high and low but are still unable to find any information on what fuse rating to use
There is nothing listed in the manual
Any help out there please?

the online manual says 3 amp fast acting fuse https://static.garmin.com/pumac/GPS-echoMAP_500-700-50-70_INST_EN-US.pdf
Its on page 5 for all models
