Gemini wreck

went to the gemini wreck on saturday. theres a fair few sambos there at the moment. I hooked up to 6 sambos but got smashed into the reef everytime. so i switched to chucking smallish sp's at the tuna that were hitting the surface, ended up landing 4 good size tuna before i had to head back in. all in all it was a good day on the water. i will be heading back out there sometime this week

Reef?
Pretty sure you got smashed into the wreck itself. I've dived it a few times and its just on sand, looks pretty featureless down there otherwise.
How big were the Tuna?

i was there on sunday aswell
i was there on sunday aswell and there seemed to be alot more tuna but i was mainly targeting the sambos untill my mate got sea sick and we had to go in. there was another boat trowlling with small slices and they had a ball. must have caught 8 or more tuna in about 20 mins. its good if u can get out there before everyone else gets there. we had 3 other boats anchored on the wreck on sunday
