Geraldton 21.04.18

Have had a good couple of trips out from Geraldton over the last couple of weeks. Nothing spectacular, but good quality table fare anyway.

A mate caught a nice Dhui the other week at this spot, so the variety is good.

Abrolhos Tackle paddletails doing most of the damage.

The first trout was undersize and released. Second was 48cm on the brag may and released into the esky.

Baldie was just sized when got home, so they do shrink a bit.

Rat Samson fish was released.

Was a bit of lightning around yesterday and we had the masts down at one stage (and the graphite rods, but we're still alive and not burnt offerings lol).

These Adventure Islands are great to fish from and also awesome fun to sail.

You know our coastline pretty well

My mate will keelhaul me if I mention locations lol.

I should have been inside him when I took that pic of his yak .

 Haha, sorry!
Its not much of a secret up there though, I live at drummonds and from my balcony see the procession of boats heading that way on nice days

 Seems like a fun session!

Seems like a fun session! Those rat sambos make yak fishing interesting. Trout and baldies are on my yak backet list, might have to get on the road and lay some kms down i think.
