The City already is
The City already is inland...Armadale, Midland subiaco. Sea leve rise will only impact properties on the coast and some on larger rivers. No point in relocating, cheaper to just watch it wash away. If it's private property...don't expect any compo from the government, the legislation says they're not responsible. Insurance won't pay either.
