my battle with ciggys has been life long ive given up numerous times for 3 to 6 months and the got back on them , i even managed 6 years 1 time , i was going thru some stuff in my home office the other day and found the card Vilma from from Vitallity clinc gave me when i did a hypnoism sesion with her to give them up (ciggys ) its been 1 year 1 month and 4 days . and i havent had 1 , so if your trying to kick them i am here to say you can if i can anyone can

I smoked a pack a day of winny blues for about 10 years. Tried all the patches and pills to try and quit with no success. Once the mrs got pregnant with our first I quit cold turkey and haven't had one in nearly 14 years. My opinion is if you have a good reason anyone can quit at any time.

Cold turkey is best mate, the way I did. Just stopped, you will crave but man you will start to feel so much better.
