Plenty of fish about but as it is members only, you will most likely be asked to leave fairly quickly
I think you can go in via boat for a fish at any of them to be honest, but just be careful with hooks on mooring lines.

Casting out to first jetty from shore can be ok that's we're I've caught my biggest ever bream.
