Grab a Crab

Hi Guy's
Was in Darwin last week and picked up the latest crab grabber form Shane.
I have used these for a while now and think they are an awesome tool.

Not an add just like them and a great safety tool for all crabbers.

Cheers

What ever happened to grabbing a crab and tying the thing up so they don't fight. Then when the time comes to deal with dinner you have no problems once again. Real men tie crabs, not pussy foot around with tongs.

Yeah Tuffffffff boy

You must be a legend, we can all tie crabs if you have too, it was just a thread to help.

IF you like the idea good if you don't then you don't.

Yeah ok boys i was chasing a response, it seems unless you are out of line is the only time a couple of blokes will take the time to talk back. We usually go overnight when boating which leads us to looking after our catch so they don't kill each other when transporting home. Some people use eskies, we use hessian bags and tie them because of our circumstances, mangrove leaves also work well if staying out for long periods of time. Ken dog, yes i have used a net to catch a crab and that happened once when i hooked one on a line out of the boat, usually we only get 1 crab per pot so you don't need to deal with stirred up crabs often anyway.

On another subject has anyone been able to freeze mudcrab that is close to fresh ?
