Iam good for along time yet
And i might stay that way, But others at the gym are not so lucky [Some sad and some happy ones] If i put a smile on a face there at the gym. Thats a great reward to me

dont have the $ at the moment but will add some when i do. at least this is a good cause. there are many sufferers out there with this disease, every bit helps.
good on you son for giving up his time to do the run even if he isnt a runner.
you will have to take him out fishing with you to swim your big baits out to build up his stamina and get the 4x4 bogged so he can have a cardio work out by digging and pulling you free.
