Having trouble with a 4x4 with water going into overflo bottle from the radiaor, After driveing it
And the best place to go to as well NORTH OF THE RIVER
And its a toyota surf

sounds like it could be the
sounds like it could be the head at worst, maybe check th thermostat or the radiator could have a block somewhere

If it's not one thing it's another . Still, for the price you paid for the POS you can probably justify having the head fixed. Sorry for your pain mate.

That doesn't sound too good Col. Does it have an alloy head? If so they can usually rebuild it without much trouble, replacement may cause a bit of bother as if I.m right the Surf's are not markettedin Oz but imported in as second hand vechiles and a lot of their parts are very hard to get.
Now that thats out of the way, did you catch any fish or was the over heating happening before you got to toss a line out.

surfs run cast heads that
surfs run cast heads that crack right down the centre...(usually). turf the head in the bin and bang a newie on- replacement heads aren't as scarey for these things as they used to be

Saddly Carnarvonite the damage was done on a non-fishing trip, so I didn't even get to enjoy a good fishing session.
