help unsure of what this is?

hi guys, just trying to suss out what this unit is as new to boating and interested. not the bilge but the other unit, it has no inlet/outlet pipes/lines to it just power thats not connected? any thoughts its sealed to the bottom of the boat?? something to prevent electrolosis?? any info would be awesome.. STACER 475 RUNABOUT.. cheers

I cant say for sure but it might be an old transducer, my boat still has an old one glued inside the hull at the rear (installed before I owned the boat), just not used anymore with the wiring cut off.

Would have to agree with old transducer assumption. Not sure about being in an Ali boat tho....
My initial thoughts were either transducer or old speed sensor but since you said its sealed at the bottom it can only bea transducer of some sort.

Does it go through the hull. Transducers don’t like to shoot through ally.
